Processing & Shipping
- All hair oil bottles undergo a 7-day curing/rest period after bottling to ensure quality and potency. Orders will not be fulfilled or shipped until this 7-day period is complete.
- Processing time: Orders enter fulfillment once the 7-day rest is finished. Please allow 1–3 business days for packaging and handoff to the carrier.
- Shipping options & delivery: We offer standard and expedited shipping at checkout. Transit times depend on carrier and destination; estimated delivery will be provided with your shipping confirmation.
- Order tracking: A tracking number is sent via email/text once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for carrier tracking updates to appear.
- Cutoff times & weekends: Orders placed during an active 7-day rest or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day after the rest and/or holiday.
- International orders: May incur additional customs fees and longer transit times. Customers are responsible for duties and taxes.
- Delays & issues: If your shipment is delayed or lost, contact us at shop.iamme1@gmail.com. We’ll investigate and assist promptly.
- Returns & exchanges: Due to the nature of our product, returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos for support.
